Property blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also featured in this recent photograph release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling distinct parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
